Who Can Foster?
You don’t need a farmhouse or fancy training.

You just need: A safe space (even one room works), time for food, walks, and the occasional belly rub, and basic communication with our team for vet visits or adoption updates.

You can also let us know what kind of animal you’re most comfortable fostering puppy or adult, high-energy or low-maintenance, solo queen or cat/dog-friendly we’ll match you with someone who fits your space and schedule. That’s it.

I have a full-time job. I’m never home.
Totally fine. So are we.

Not every dog or cat needs 24/7 company some are happy to nap the day away and wait for you to come back.

We get to know our rescues really well, and we’ll match you with a cat or dog that’s okay being alone for a few hours while you’re at work. You can always let us know what kind of personality you’re comfortable fostering clingy cuddlebug? Independent introvert? We’ve got options.

I’ll get too attached.
Yeah, you might. That’s kind of the point.

But fostering is the reason they live long enough to get adopted. You’re not saying goodbye — you’re saying go on, love, the world’s waiting.

(Also: foster fails are welcome here. We don’t judge.)

My house is too small.
If there’s space for a bowl, a mat, and a nap you’re good.

Trust us. They don’t need a palace. Just somewhere safe and kind.

I’ve never fostered before, and I’m worried I’ll make a mistake.
Totally normal.

Nobody is born knowing the difference between “zoomies” and “I-ate-your-socks panic.” We’ll guide you through settling in, routines, vet visits and every “umm… help?” moment.

You bring the care, we’ll bring the know-how. Team effort.

I already have a dog/cat. Will they get along with the foster?
We’ll match personalities like a very wholesome dating app.

Slow introductions, safe spaces and a few polite sniffs usually do the trick.

No promises of instant besties, but we’ll support the process so everyone can coexist without drama. 

I can only foster for about a month. Is that okay?
Yes. Even a short stay can be life-changing.

Think of it as a four-week holiday for a dog or cat. We’ll help find the right match and keep track of what’s next, so you can support their little journey.

What happens when it’s time for adoption day?
We’ll manage the screening, paperwork and matchmaking.

You help your foster look extra cute for visitors.. which, honestly, they usually manage all by themselves.
